一 | 工业和信息化部近日公开征集对《电动自行车用充电器安全技术要求》强制性国家标准第1号修改单（征求意见稿）的意见。 (ECNS) -- One unexpected Chinese streetfood snack is gathering a huge global following right now. What makes this story so interesting is that latiao started out as an inexpensive local snack. More often than not, these small everyday food items, rather than grand landmarks, create the most sincere and accessible cultural connections between cultures. 
。征求意见稿在“防触电保护类别”中，增加了电动自行车用充电器不得设计、制造及使用车载形式。 中国电子技术标准化研究院安全技术研究中心副主任何鹏林表示，增设对电动自行车车载形式充电器的技术管理要求，主要考虑到其可能带来的安全隐患。 什么是车载形式充电器？据悉，车载形式充电器一般是指出厂时直接集成在电动自行车内部、不借助工具通常无法从车体上分离的充电器。这类充电器由于直接为电动自行车引入220V的交流电压，易造成漏电、触电等问题，在使用过程中不利于热量散发，存在较大风险隐患。 何鹏林介绍，与车载形式充电器相对应的是外置充电器，形态可与电动自行车本体分离。
二 | 目前，电动自行车销售时附赠的充电器以及消费者自行购买的充电器，绝大多数为外置形式。
三 | 外置充电器不在此次提出的“电动自行车用充电器不得设计、制造及使用车载形式”范围内。值得一提的是，市面上常见的、为了防止丢失而被消费者临时存放在车体内部（如储物箱中）的外置充电器不会被视为车载形式充电器。
四 | 此次征求意见稿中，标准的修改还包括增加了耐高温永久性标识等内容，旨在进一步提高电动自行车用充电器的安全性、可追溯性，推动电动自行车行业健康发展。
